standards — scribed to the wall, not caulked over; mitres

Wood decks, stairs, and railings — repaired, rebuilt, and
re-stained. Soft boards replaced, loose posts re-anchored,
then sanded before finishing so the stain actually lasts
through the winter.Fences, gates, siding, trim — anything outside that's come
loose, split, or faded. If it's out there and it's not the
roof, we handle it.
Interior, Painting
Paint doesn't hide a bad wall — it shows it.
So we fix the wall first. Cracks cut open and re-taped,
old texture skimmed smooth, then sanded under raking light — where every flaw throws a shadow you can't see in daylight.
That's the step most crews skip.
Demolition through to the final coat, same crew start to finish. No waiting between trades, no one pointing at someone else's work.

ater damage is what we're built for. A dark grout line, a
soft spot by the toilet, a stain on the ceiling below — by
the time it shows, the subfloor has usually been wet for
months. We open it up and find where the water actually
came from, not just where it surfaced, then rebuild it
properly: rot cut out, subfloor replaced, waterproofing
membrane under new tile — never tile over a wet substrate.Vanities, cabinets, shelving, trim, doors, tile — whatever
the room needs, our carpenters do it themselves. Vanity
installs shimmed level and sealed so the gap doesn't
reopen a month later.
